Mitrekraft Holdings (Pty) Ltd consists of two separate companies, namely : Mitre Design and Interkraft. These two companies made a wide range of products. In a drive to focus on the groups core business, it was decided to expand the Mitre Design factory, sell off some of the manufacturing facilities which did not form part of Mitrekraft's core business and relocate the Interkraft operation under one roof at the Mitre Design factory which is owned by Mitrekraft Holdings.

Mitrekraft employs 88 production staff. Added to this the company employs its own machine and vehicle maintenance crews and administration staff.

Mitrekraft is blessed with extremely capable and well-trained staff whose skill levels enable the company to produce almost anything designers or retailers may need. These skills include the ability to work with solid woods, prepare their own veneers, a well setup spraying department and skilled upholstery staff. On floor supervision is carried out by five well trained supervisors who have at least 20 years experience in each department.
